Thomas M. Thistle comes from a family of lawyers that uphold ideals of honesty and integrity and is proud to take what he has learned to Rosner Law Offices. A tenacious litigator who has represented hundreds clients over his twenty-five year career in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey spanning complex automobile, trip and fall, and medical malpractice cases. He is admitted to practice in all New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts and admitted to practice before the following courts:
- United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
- United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
Thomas Thistle has participated in numerous complex medical malpractice and premises cases that have resulted in outstanding results. He is prepared to battle for those who have been wronged and routinely engages in complex litigation against insurance companies, major corporations, and those who have harmed our clients.
Thomas' commitment to servicing the injured is exemplified in his results and achievements. He has a passion for holding irresponsible and negligent defendants responsible for their actions when they hurt others.
Thomas has been elected a Trustee for the Cumberland County Bar Association for the 2022-2023 year. He has given back to the legal community and has spoken at and/or Co-Chaired Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on behalf of the NJAJ Educational Foundation over the last three years.
Outside of the law, Thomas dedicates time to charitable endeavors such as the Knights of Columbus and has participated in Pro Bono events in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania throughout his career. Thomas earned his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College (1986), his law degree from Villanova University School of Law (1996), and received an L.L.M. in Trial Advocacy from one of the top trial advocacy programs in the country at Temple University Beasley School of Law (2006).
